By placing an order with Creative Cakes and More LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services

Creative Cakes and More LLC provides custom cakes and desserts as specified at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not align with our capabilities, availability, or ethical standards.

Payments & Retainer

For wedding cakes, a non-refundable, non-transferable 30% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks prior to the event.

​

Equipment Rental

If any rental items are used (e.g. cake stands), a deposit equal to the replacement value is required. Rentals must be returned within three (3) days post-event to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

While we do not use nuts or nut extracts in our products, we operate in a facility where allergens may be present. Creative Cakes and More LLC is not liable for allergic reactions.

Photography

We reserve the right to take and use photographs of our cakes and desserts for promotional and portfolio purposes. We may also request photos from your event photographer.

​

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. If your event date changes, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.

Force Majeure

Creative Cakes and More LLC will not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or disruptions in delivery services.
